Common Questions

What kind of events have you planned in the past?

Crave Culture Events owner, Tricia Clarke, has experience coordinating a variety of events in various industries including healthcare, higher education and association management. From small to large meetings, conferences with 1,000+ attendees, networking events, expos, online workshops and award ceremonies. We’re not limited to just one kind of experience.

What does full-service event management mean?

It means that we handle all event details – even the ones you haven’t thought of. We partner with you to craft an authentic full-cycle experience from the moment your event starts to the moment it ends. But we don’t stop there. We can also handle any post-event follow-up. We create and manage timelines, coordinate vendors and speakers, handle site selection, attendee communications and more.

What if we’ve already started planning the event?

Not a problem! We’ll take over where you left off but the bulk of our support will be on-site management, tying together all the details and handling any outstanding issues.

How much input will I have in the planning process?

We work in partnership with you to produce an experience that meets and exceeds your goals. Whether you have pre-determined ideas and a specific structure for your event or you have no clue where to start, we meet you where you are, and collaborate with all parties to create something memorable.

We already have a DE&I team/ERG’s – why should we hire you?

We know that implementing DE&I initiatives or incorporating cultural appreciation in the workplace can be time-consuming and sometimes overwhelming. We help streamline that process and take the pressure off employees and staff. We put our event planning experience, industry knowledge and access to vendors and resources to work for you.

How do I know if Crave Culture Events is a right fit for us?

Building relationships is important to us. We take into account budget management, marketing and overall goals to create and plan brand-defining events that meet actionable goals. We adopt an intentional approach that keeps the event experience front of mind and to curate something memorable and engaging. During our initial consultation with potential clients we are happy to answer any questions you may have to make the decision easier.

How soon should I book your services?

This will depend on the size and type of event but the golden rule is start planning early. Most events need at least 6 weeks to plan effectively. But we are familiar with working in several high-stress environments, with short timelines, so if you need something planned last minute please get it touch!
